About Surfside

Surfside Estates, R.O.C., Inc. is a resident owned, 55+, private, mobile home cooperative community established in 1994. A cooperative means that form of ownership of real property wherein legal title is vested in a corporation or other entity and the beneficial use is evidenced by an ownership interest in the association and a lease or other document of title or possession granted by the association as the owner of all the cooperative property.

Amenities include: Completely renovated clubhouse (2009), two fishing piers on the intra-coastal waterway, shuffleboard courts, heated pool, rooftop deck with ocean view, and a horseshoe pit.

Surfside’s residents enjoy a variety of planned activities including dinner dances, Wii bowling, parties, exercise classes, line dancing, organized trips, Bingo every Friday night and more. You are welcome to do everything or nothing at all!

The maintenance fee for shareholders is $125 per month which includes lawn care, basic cable TV and the upkeep of the common areas. Wi-fi is also available. The community manager is on-site Monday – Friday from 9:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m.
