Board of Directors Meeting
There was a Board of Directors meeting held on Wednesday, April 10, 2013.
Roll call: Shirley Nethery, Donna Senn, Bob Carlton, Dora Bush, Don Kennedy, Lonnie Taylor, Ray Allebach.
Motion by Ray Allebach, seconded by Bob Carlton to accept minutes for March 13, 2013 meeting was carried.
Motion by Lonnie Taylor, seconded by Donna Senn to accept the minutes from the Board Workshop on April 19, 2013 was carried.
Motion by Lonnie Taylor, seconded by Ray Allebach to accept the changes to the Rules and Regulations with the changes discussed.
Motion by Bob Carlton, seconded by Ray Allebach to have Gregory James, Inc. power wash and paint the driveway at Association owned home at 106 Anchorage.
Motion by Ray Allebach, seconded by Bob Carlton to tear down 147 Lookout at a cost not to exceed $4,500.00 was carried.
Motion by Don Kennedy, seconded by Ray Allebach to adjourn the meeting was carried.

Kentucky Derby Party
Saturday, May 4th
5:00 p.m. ~ 7:00 p.m.
In the Derby tradition, ladies are asked to create and wear big and fancy or crazy hats! The hats will be judged and prizes will be awarded for the best hat and the funniest hat.
Complimentary mint juleps and fruit punch will be served, and you can wager two dollar bets on the horse of your choice.
Please bring your favorite food dish to share. Do not bring dessert! Dessert will be provided. All Surfside residents and guests are welcome.
