The link below will take you to SmartStreet Banking.  You can click on the link to make your maintenance/rent payment.  You will need your Homeowner Account Number.  Generally, this number is SURF + your 3 digit house number (add zeroes if necessary) and the first four letters of your last name.  For example:  John Smith lives at #1 – the account number would be SURF001SMIT.
